Surprisingly wonderful stay with ample amenities! Enjoyed the satisfying self-service dining with piping hot food and an impressive salad bar. The comfy room featured soft lighting and a fan. Don't miss the lovely bar area for a nightcap. Highly recommended for families seeking convenience and comfort!

During my stay, the staff made a significant impression with their professionalism. I enjoyed the spa facilities, which had everything I needed for a relaxing time. The variety of food options for dinner added a nice touch to the experience, as well as the warm breakfast.

I found some small things lacking in the room, like a bathmat and hooks for wet coats. The lack of complimentary Wi-Fi in the room was inconvenient, especially for my longer stay.

Cozy room, but needs a refresh

Just wrapped up a 2-night solo stay. The room was nice and comfy with a fab coffee machine! The bar area was chill, and the restaurant served decent food that won't break the bank. the whole place could really use some sprucing up. Parking also costs a fiver, which felt a bit cheeky.

The pool area is nice and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The parking situation is frustrating and adds extra costs.

The heated pool offered relaxation, while the Wi-Fi connection was frustratingly poor.

the room was nice n warm, bed was hard but comfy. staff were super kind at reception, and the hotel was close to shops n takeaways which was handy. pool area was chill n relaxing very enjoyed the steam room.

but the cleanliness could be better, and i had to pay for parking which i think should be included.
